1. Do you like science?
Yes and No. To be specific, I love science because science helps us explain how things work based on facts. However, back in the day, I was not into the teaching practice which was too theoretical and boring. All I did in science class was to listen to teachers and make a note. That is why all science knowledge always went over my head after exam season.
2. When did you start to learn about science?
I think that I had learned science by the time I started my primary school. I knew a lot through proverb, or when I did experiments with my mother such as invisible writing, sink and float. At my primary school, I was taught mostly about animal habitats and their food chain on the biology subject.
3. What is your favorite science subject?
Mathematics is always my cup of tea. The reason is that this subject is more practical than others such as chemistry or physics. I use numbers on a daily basis and learning mathematics helps me enhance my logical thinking.
4. What kinds of interesting things have you done with science?
As I mentioned above, in my early childhood, I did a lot of science experiments with my mother. At secondary school, I learned how to grow plants from seeds or did an egg dissection. All these kinds of lessons were really visual.
